We want to enable providers and their drivers to take a more proactive role in fostering both their success & the success of MTM. The MTM Link Driver Application’s objective is to offer providers and their drivers the tools, features & functions to empower their active engagement with MTM. The features and functionality of MTM Link Driver include the following:

• Full integration with MTM Link, MTM’s Routing, Scheduling and Dispatch (“RSD”) Solution
• Initial trip summary for the driver
• Number of stops. Total miles to be traveled
• Confirmation by the driver of the list of routes
• Depot out functionality
• Documents route initiation from the address of their depot
• Trip status management
• Pick-up Arrive with late to pick-up reason report
• Pick-up Perform
• Performed Pick-up with passenger signature confirmation
• The passenger did not show for pick-up
• The passenger did not show for pick-up
• The passenger canceled the trip at the “door”

• Documents the end of the route and return to the depot
